Because we do everything from scratch we can alter any dish to suit your needs, diets, or themes.  You can view our menus to give you an idea of the types of food we prepare. His vision for his food is to classically prepare with the highest quality, local products whenever possible and serve with tasteful elegance. Rick’s food service career began over 32 years ago. He has owned restaurants, worked for several local food service establishments, and has expanded his skill and expertise in fine dining and catering through several national restaurant chains.
